What nationalities travel with Life is a Beach Party?

Everyone is welcome to join a Life is a Beach Party Tour group in one of our current destinations of Ios island (Greece), Zante (Greece) or island-hopping (Greece). For Ios 2026 we organise Hotel Packages (silver), Wristband Packages (bronze) as well as Travel Packages (gold) where you can join us for all the insane parties and events we arrange.

What dates can I join a Life is a Beach Party Tous in Ios 2026?

For summer 2026 we are operating our Tours in Ios / Greece from May 1 – September 30. We can assist you with Travel options with your package or you can arrange your own travel to Ios and choose the dates that suit with our Silver or Gold Hotel Packages. By choosing a Life is a Beach Party Tour you get to enjoy all the crazy moments with our party travellers & support by our team in Ios / Greece.

What is included in the Ios / Greece 2026 Hotel Package?

Party travellers who book the Ios / Greece 2026 Hotel Package can include a Travel Package or arrange their own transport to Ios. Included in the Hotel Package is all nights accommodation at a selected partner hotel (Life is a Beach Party premium, standard or budget hotel partner), transfers from the port & Official Life is a Beach Party wristband which gives you 1 x international FarOut event ticket, unlimited Bar Crawl tickets as well as entry and discounts to the best bars, clubs, restaurants & water sports in Ios!

Can I book other summer tours to destinations like Zante / Greece?

Although we primarily focus our efforts during the summer in Ios / Greece to improve the ultimate party experience, we will operate Packages to Zante / Greece & Island-Hopping / Greece. However, if you are a group of 20 people or more, we can organize a party trip to any destination in Europe you choose!

Can I book just the Official Wristbands instead of the Hotel package?

Yes, we offer the Life is a Beach Party Official Wristband (bronze) package for those who prefer to book their own accommodation in Ios / Greece. You still get the benefits of booking a Hotel Package with Life is a Beach Party including 1 x international FarOut event ticket, unlimited bar crawl tickets, group activities & discounts at many of the best partner venues in Ios.

Do I need to buy the Official Wristbands if I have already booked a Hotel Package with Life is a Beach Party?

No, all our Hotel packages in Ios / Greece automatically come with the Official Wristband (bronze) package. You will receive your Official Wristband from our team at Life is a Beach Party HQ & added to our WhatsApp groups on the day of arrival in Ios / Greece.

What events will Life is a Beach Party be doing in summer 2026?

Life is a Beach Party guarantees that our party travellers have the best possible experience in Ios / Greece. Our Ios 2026 Tour dates are based around ‘Swedish Midsummer’, ‘Australia Day’, ‘Irish Day’ as well as our annual ‘Norwegian Invasion’ Festival. We will also be organizing other huge events at FarOut Beach Club, Pool Parties, Bar Crawls & Bottomless Brunch in Ios.

How old do I have to be to book with Life is a Beach Party?

We prefer our party travellers with Life is a Beach Party Tours to be at least 18 years old by the time the Tour date commences. However, we will allow a friend of a group travelling with the LIABP Tour Group to travel if they are 17 years old by the time the Tour date commences. ALL 17 year-old travellers MUST sign a consent form from their parents or legal guardian. Average age of our party travellers are between 18 – 35 years old.

Do I need travel insurance to book & travel with Life is a Beach Party?

Yes, we require all party travellers to have their own individual travel insurance policy to be part of our events / activities for Ios / Greece 2026. See our terms for further details.

What payment and deposit plans are available with Life is a Beach Party?

You must pay a deposit amount of 50 EUR per person via our website or Stripe/Bank Transfer to confirm your reservation with Life is a Beach Party. The remaining payment in EUR is required to be paid two (2) months prior to your stay in Ios / Greece 2026.

How do I pay the remaining balance?

We offer flexible payment options via Stripe/Card (WooCommerce) & Bank Transfer (IBAN required within EU region). Depending on your package the remaining balance is usually required to be paid two (2) months prior to your stay in Ios / Greece 2026.

When should I expect to receive a booking confirmation?

We generally send an official booking confirmation document within 24-48 hours of booking & deposit payment being received. This process can be delayed slightly for peak season dates closer to the season, however if we experience any problems with hotel availability for your selected dates we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

What happens if my ferry is delayed or cancelled?

Once we have your ferry arrival information (arrival time & ferry name) we usually track it online to check accurate arrival times & ensure your transfer is there waiting for you on arrival. We understand ferry cancellations or schedule changes can happen, which means you could potentially miss a night in Ios / Greece, and in most cases we try our best to find the best outcome with your selected hotel option.

Is it possible to change my booking?

In most cases yes! We do not charge any admin fees to change or modify our Hotel / Party packages in Ios. However, if you booked flights or ferries via our third-party travel consultant in Greece, please keep in mind you are subject to the terms of the airline & ferry company regarding any changes or cancellations.

What are the terms & conditions if I decide to cancel my booking with Life is a Beach Party?

See the Terms on our website for full explanation of our cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 7 days from the initial booking (cooling-off period)l, you will get a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days from the initial booking (cooling-off period) you will lose the deposit paid. Any Flight/Ferry packages are strictly non-refundable & non-changeable via an external third-party travel consultant in Greece
